Plans - leads and indivdual developers work through the process of what we have and where to go from there.
Status- incomplete, but moving on anyway?
JG-at the task level - tasks will be resolved by saying that they are complete, dropped with possible impact, residual activity (we can not drop)
Intent is not to put the individual developers on the spot - leads will make the final decsion on status.
This week:
leads will discuss and let you know if there is any action to be taken
Next-overall system and LCA review is to figure out what we are going to deliver to the LCA and that happens at 2 or 3 levels
elaboration plan for objections
specifically accomplish and implement
Go back to model and see what we need to do
As an developer:
how do the tasks I am working on feed into the total deliverable
Emilia-do we have a description of the deliverable
JG- in the elaboration plan, but not in the level of detail we are now looking for
we need to declare ourselves by Wed for LCO
JG-to be crisp enough now at what we what to display at LCA
SJ - Close up LCO 1st, then work on LCA
JG- correct
the framing of the work and how it fits into the overall picture
Rita- think about the logistics of the LCA , when and how many people will be attending
Rita - once we did it, make it so it dose not change
